After School Registration Instructions for New Students

To complete the application:

From the registration application, click on Sign In. You will be directed to create an account to proceed. After creating your account, you will be directed to fill in the forms needed. See the screenshots below.

On the application homepage, choose Sign In.
On the next screen, fill out the form using the family's information.
After you have created an account, on the top of the page click on Dashboard. On the dashboard page, choose Add Applicant.
On the next screen, complete the information for your student participant.
On the next screen, choose Search Programs.
On the application homepage, select Afterschool Programs, then select Search
On the next screen, type into the search bar "IS 915," then select Add to List in the IS 915 search result.
A pop-up window will appear. Returning families choose Sign In and sign into the account that you used last year to enroll your participant online.
On the next screen, log in using either your NYC account or other options provided.
On the next screen, choose Add to List next to School's Out New York City (SONYC): IS 915.
Click the check box on your participant's name or go to the Dashboard to add your participants name.
Click on Apply. Last year's application information will be provided. Please adjust or edit as needed.
On the next screen, a message will appear indicating that your participant has been accepted. Your application is complete.
