We celebrated our founding 8th grade on Tuesday. Mr. Phillips and Mrs. Snell addressed the first 8th graders with speeches that honored their pioneering spirit. Eight students spoke about adulthood and their transition to high school then all students sang a song under the direction of Mrs. Peltz. Many students will be going to high school with another member of their class, but they will surely miss the close-knit community they have built at our middle school. Congratulations, our number one 8s!
