We are a Diverse Family!

We love our big diverse family at MS 915. On October 24 we held our first annual multicultural potluck to celebrate our amazing community.

The diversity potluck was in my opinion a great experience. I feel that it is a massive privilege to have foods from all over the world in one place. You not only had food to eat but also interactive experiences. For example, music you could dance to and a little game where you filled a passport out and got a prize. I think that MS 915 should do this again.

It was such a wonderful experience to see all of our beautiful MS 915 community come together to celebrate! I am already looking forward to next year’s Potluck!

As part of our vision, we encourage students to express themselves and to show who they are and where they came from. This celebration was a true expression of the diversity of our community. Families from all cultures and races, individuals with their own unique identities shared food, drink and fun activities. It was a wonderful way to celebrate what makes our MS 915 community special.
